Shipping Policies

Most Orders Are Shipped Out within 24-48 hours
All orders are shipped using standard ground shipping unless specified otherwise.


Returns/Damage:
In the event that you no longer wish to keep an item, it must be unopened. You must pay for the shipping originally to you and back to us, and we charge a 25% restocking fee. The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt of product. If glass is being returned, product must be shipped back to us in original packaging to avoid damage. Any items with personalization (custom printing), we can not accept back as a return. All sales final for custom printed items.

If the order you are returning received free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping cost going to you. The cost for this is typically around 20% of the cost of the item. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways in the event of a return.


In the event that an item is damaged, we require a picture taken, and sent to us, or the product returned back to us. We will then issue a refund
for the damaged items plus partial shipping costs. We do not send out replacements for damaged vases - we will only issue a refund. Although we have a very minimal damage rate (less than 1%), we recommend you order an extra vase or two if you have the budget. All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving product. Any replacements are shipped out with the original shipping method.

Most of our items would not be affected by weather, but if weather is the main factor in damage of received product, we can not issue a refund for this. We do insulate our packages very well, to protect against this. Sometimes weather can delay delivery of an order, which is out of our control, and can wholesalefloral.com can not be responsible for this.

Order Cancellation/Change Policy:
Orders are processed very quickly after placing your order. Often within minutes.Once an order is submitted we cannot make any changes to your order.

Any items with an item code beginning with but not limited to "SM-DS", "HBH", "WS", "VAC","VIC", "CHRY", "SPRINGFILL", "FMS", and silk flowers, do not apply to this shipping schedule. Please allow an extra days for these items.
ANY CHRISTMAS ITEMS ARE ONLY SHIPPED VIA GROUND SHIPPING.

Fedex charges for any address changes. For example if an incorrect address is given, or a apartment number is left off. Fedex charges an additional fee. The customer would be responsible for any additional fees incurred for providing an incorrect address.
